Q. Do you accept touring or camping at rockley park ?

Q. Can I book a caravan/lodge for 3 or 4 Nights only ?
A. Some of the holiday properties shown on our website do take bookings for short breaks. These short breaks are shown in the Extra Info section of each caravan/week when you use our online availability search. |

Q. Can I book a caravan/lodge and bring my dog(s) ?
A. Most the caravans & lodges shown on our website are strictly no pets allowed. Please check each holiday property's Terms and Conditions of hire for further details. |

Q. Do you have any caravans/lodges for rent in the winter season ?
A. The holiday park is closed over the winter period from Late November until Early March. |

Q. Do you have prices for next year yet ?
A. Prices shown on the website are normally displayed as soon as British Holidays release their brochure for the season. This is because our owners cannot publish their prices until they know how much the brochure is charging and therefore how much the owners can save you by booking directly with them via this website. New Prices are normally posted onto our website early January. You can always reserve any caravan/lodge for a small deposit per week you wish to book. send an email to us for more info. |

Q. Does the caravan/lodge provide linen ?
A. Please note bed linen is not normally provided and the hirer needs to bring their own bed linen as appropriate. Bed linen can be hired on site from Rockley at £9.75 per bedroom per week with a £10 refundable deposit (price correct as at 1st March 2005). Please call Rockley a few weeks before the commencement of your holiday to reserve your linen on (01202) 679393. Please check Terms and Conditions of Hire for further details before booking as some caravans/lodges do provide linen at no extra charge.

Q. How do I apply for Entertainment Passes and how much are they ?
A. You are responsible for booking your amenity passes as required. You will be sent an application form to send directly to Rockley Park and must pay Rockley Park directly for these passes. Pricing information can be found on the each caravans details page (accessable via the search facility). All OTHER monies must be sent to the Van/Lodge Owner and NOT Rockley Park.

Q. When are the keys available on arrival day (Normally Sat) ?
A. Keys are available on day of arrival (normally Sat) from reception between 2pm and 5pm. |

Q. When do I have to vacate the caravan/lodge on day of departure (Normally Sat) ?
A. You must vacate the caravan/lodge by 10 am on day of departure in order for the caravan to be cleaned in time for the next holidaymakers. |
