Q. Can you send me a brochure ?
A. I am afraid that we do not have a brochure to send you. Our website is our brochure !!
 
Q. Can I book a caravan/lodge for 3 or 4 Nights only ?
A. Some of the holiday properties shown on our website do take bookings for short breaks. These short breaks are shown in the Extra Info section of each caravan/week when you use our online availability search.
 
Q. Can I book a holiday property and bring my dog(s) ?
A. Most the properties shown on our website are strictly no pets allowed. Currently there is only one owner (Mrs Scott - Rockley Park) who does allow small dogs for a small extra charge.
 
Q. Do you have prices for next year yet ?
A. Prices shown on the website are normally displayed as soon as the holiday parks release their brochure for the season. This is because our owners cannot publish their prices until they know how much the brochure is charging and therefore how much the owners can save you by booking directly with them via this website. New Prices are normally posted onto our website early December. You can always reserve any caravan/lodge for £50 deposit per week you wish to book. send an email to us for more info.
 
Q. Does the caravan/lodge provide linen ?
A. Please note bed linen is NOT provided (unless otherwise stated in the caravan/lodge terms and conditions of hire) and the hirer needs to bring their own bed linen as appropriate. Bed linen can normally be hired on site but please check with the owner if unsure.
 
Q. How do I apply for Entertainment Passes and how much are they ?
A. You are responsible for booking your amenity passes as required. You will be sent an application form to send directly to the holiday park and must pay the park directly for these passes. Click here for pricing information. All other monies must be sent to the Van/Lodge Owner and NOT the holiday Park.
 
Q. When are the keys available on arrival day (Normally Sat) ?
A. Keys are available on day of arrival (Sat) from reception between 2pm and 5pm.
 
Q. When do I have to vacate the caravan/lodge on day of departure (Normally Sat) ?
A. You must vacate the caravan/lodge by 10 am on day of departure in order for the caravan to be cleaned in time for the next holidaymakers.
